1.     All questions must be answered accurately, from section 1 through section 7.

2.     Application must be accompanied by the following items listed below:

a)      Two (2) reference letters from the persons indicated as "References".

b)      An official copy of transcripts from the most recent school attended (transcript must be sent directly to                PSS from the school).

c)      A photocopy of your valid "Driver License" or "Passport".

d)      A photocopy of your RMI Social Security Card if any.

           e)      Photocopies of letters of completion, degree(s), diploma(s), and certificate(s) from any trainings,                                     workshops, and seminars attended.

f)       Photocopies of Health Clearance and Criminal Clearance.

          g)       Photocopies of your child/children birth certificate(s) and their valid Passport (This can be provided after                       the applicant is accepted for employment).

3.      Application must be signed and return to the Public School System HR Office on or before the closing date of           the employment announcement.
